Join us for a free evening of learning, networking and drinks!
Join us for a free structured discussion around the value of member research for membership and professional bodies. Followed by networking drinks.
Overview
The first part of the event, which is kindly hosted by the Tim Sainty, Head of Membership, British Veterinary Association, will feature case studies from membership organisations and then an interactive questions and answer session.
We are delighted to confirm that Mark Taylor, Director of External Relations at CILIP (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals) will be talk about the member and non member research they carried out last year and the changes they have implemented. Other speakers to be confirmed shortly.

After the formal presentations and questions, you are invited to adjourn to The Dover Castle, which is a few minutes away, where informal networking drinks will take place. Free drink* voucher for the first 20 delegates who pre-register. There is then a paid bar for further drinks.
